Better Living Co., Ltd. was founded in 1967 with the business specialize in design, manufacturing and marketing of air conditioning equipment. In 1974, the company entered a licensing agreement with Chrysler International Corp. consisting of transfer of product technology and manufacturing of the Chrysler Airtemp range of air conditioning equipment within the domestic market. The business activities also include American Aire brand air conditioning equipment for international market and OEM for many major international brands.

Siamtemp Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1977 with the objective of better serving the specific needs of the air conditioning market in Thailand. These companies have continuously strived to create and develop systems, products and services of the highest quality and in October 1997 successfully completed the introduction of ISO 9002 : 1994, upgrade to ISO 9001 : 2000 in November 2005 with international certification by United Registrar of Systems (Thailand) Limited.
